Additional Services
TT Services offers a wide range of services designed to provide you a smooth and seamless visa submission experience.
Please note, the additional services are optional, and carry an extra charge over and above the TT Services service charges. For more details on how to pay VAC Services Charges and additional service charges please check the Service Charges tab.
Mode of Payment of TT Services fees: Payment of Canada Visa Application Centre Service Charges and optional additional services.
In person - Visa or MasterCard debit and credit card or PIX, directly at the Canada Visa Application Centre / Bank draft: Visit any branch of Santander Bank in Brazil and make a cash payment towards the application fees
By mail – Make a PIX transfer or visit any Banco Santander branch in Brazil and make a cash deposit directly at the teller window to pay the processing fee for your request, the return shipping fee, or any other service fees you wish to incur.

The original proof of deposit should be presented along with your application forms, passport photos and other bank payment receipts (visa fee and courier fee) at the time of submission.
Attention: Do not use ATMs and/or wire transfers to make these payments. These payment methods are not accepted.
A formal receipt will be generated for every completed transaction.

New service charges became effective on 01 May 2026.
The submission date for mail-in applications will be the date on which the Visa Application Centre receives the application. If a mail-in application is received and does not include correct payment for current service charges, the applicant will be contacted to pay the difference, or the application will be returned to the applicant.
