Additional Services

TT Services offers a wide range of services designed to provide you a smooth and seamless visa submission experience.

All additional services offered at the VAC are optional and available at an additional charge above the TT Services service charges. These charges do not imply or guarantee in any way that they will fast track or prioritize the visa application process. Mode of Payment of TT Services fees: Payment of Canada Visa Application Centre Service Charges and optional additional services.

• In person - For applications being submitted in person or through an authorized representative, Canada Visa Application Centre service charges must be paid via Credit/Debit Card at the Canada Visa Application Centre.

• By Mail- If you are submitting Mail in application Canada Visa Application Centre service charges must be paid via a wire transfer in Barbados Dollars (BBD$). Please note that cheque payment is not accepted as a correct mode of payment.

1. If sending your application by post, please do not forget to enclose the return courier envelope to have your passport sent back to you by secure courier.

2. Please remember to send payment confirmation (payment in BBD$) as part of your application along with your up to date contact details (Phone Number and Email Address)

3. Please note that transferring payment doesn’t mean we have received funds. Applications will be processed after payment confirmation is reflected in bank.

4. Please check with your bank for payment transfers time. Application will not be processed unless correct fee is paid.
