Canada visa applicants can sit back, relax, and submit their visa applications from the comfort of a plush lounge, while trained professionals provide end-to-end personalised assistance during the visa submission process, when they opt for our Premium Lounge service. This service is available upon request at the Visa Application Centre at the time of your appointment or when submitting your passport.

The Premium Lounge includes:

• Separate lounge with personalized service by dedicated staff

• Refreshments

• Reading Material (Magazines/Newspapers)

• Courier return of passport

• SMS alert on the status of your application

• 4 photographs

• Photocopying and printing service for your documents up to a maximum of 10 copies

This service does not guarantee the right to obtain a visa, nor ensure expedited processing by the Embassy. The Premium Lounge service doesn’t guarantee the approval of your visa application or influence the standard of service provided.

We’ll keep your valuables safe whilst you apply for your visa. To ensure the safety of everyone who visits us, some items are prohibited in the Visa Application Centre.

If you need to bring such items during your visit, we offer an optional Locker service so that you can store your items nearby for convenience.

No hassle, time or money spent on third party storage - just collect your items at the end of your appointment and get on with your day.

Here you can find a list of items prohibited in the Canadian Visa Application Centre:

• All battery operated or electronic items such cameras, tablets, audio/video cassettes, compact discs, MP3s, floppies, laptops, or portable music players, hard disk drive (HDDs), spy devices, audio recorders, or other devices which can hinder the centre’s functioning.

• Sealed envelopes or packages.

• Any inflammable item such as matchboxes/ lighters/ electric cigarettes /fuel.

• Any sharp objects such as scissors, pen knives or nail filers.

• Weapons, weapon - like objects or explosive material of any kind.

Please note: not all prohibited items can be stored in our lockers.
