All additional services offered at the VAC are optional and available at an additional charge above the VFS Global service charges. These charges do not imply or guarantee in any way that they will fast track or prioritize the visa application process. In person -By Personal Debit Card in the Canada Visa Application Centre
By Mail - You'll have to pay the fees via bank transfer payable to "VF Service Ethiopia PLC” and in ETB only Here are the details for bank transfer:

New service charges became effective on 1 May 2026.
The submission date for mail-in applications will be the date on which the Visa Application Centre receives the application. If a mail-in application is received and does not include correct payment for current service charges, the applicant will be contacted to pay the difference, or the application will be returned to the applicant.
