VFS Global offers a wide range of services designed to provide you a smooth and seamless visa submission experience.
All additional services offered at the VAC are optional and available at an additional charge above the VFS Global service charges. These charges do not imply or guarantee in any way that they will fast track or prioritize the visa application process. Payment of Canada Visa Application Centre Service Charges and optional additional services
In person – You should pay the visa fees and the CVAC service charges for application handling (including the GC Fees collection and remittance fee) in a single payment to IOM bank account at Nib International Bank in Ethiopian Birr only, following the below guidelines. If you want to use our courier services to receive the reply at you address; you should add the price for courier service mentioned in the below table. For visa and biometric fees information, you can consult the IRCC website.

New service charges became effective on 1 May 2026.
The submission date for mail-in applications will be the date on which the Visa Application Centre receives the application. If a mail-in application is received and does not include correct payment for current service charges, the applicant will be contacted to pay the difference, or the application will be returned to the applicant.
