• You will be informed within one (1) business day after we learn that your passport has been lost or stolen

• You will receive clear steps to replace your passport and any valid visas in it

To receive your fixed compensation if you purchased Courier Plus service, you must provide:

• Your full name

• Your VFS Global Reference Number or Package Tracking ID for your passport package

• Your contact number

• Bank account holder's name

• Bank account number

• Bank name and branch

• Any comments (if needed)

• Your handwritten signature and the date your request is submitted

• An authorization letter, if the person who will receive compensation is not the original applicant

You will receive your compensation within two (2) weeks after all required information is received.
