VFS Global offers a wide range of services designed to provide you a smooth and seamless visa submission experience.
Please note, the additional services are optional, and carry an extra charge over and above the VFS Global service charges. For more details on how to pay VAC Services Charges and additional service charges please check the Service Charges tab.

In person - By Cash or QRIS payment at the Canada Visa Application Centre in Indonesian Rupiah
By Mail - Service charges must be paid in a form of a Proof of Transfer (Online Transfer, ATM, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking) from any bank in Indonesia under the payee name of PT. VFS Services Indonesia. Payment should be in Indonesian Rupiah and in exact amount only. Please do not make a direct cash deposit in the Standard Chartered Bank

Important update: Please note that the return arrangements for One Way Courier Service is not applicable for applicants addresses that are located outside the country of the processing VACs in Indonesia.

The submission date for mail-in applications will be the date on which the Visa Application Centre receives the application. If a mail-in application is received and does not include correct payment for current service charges, the applicant will be contacted to pay the difference or the application will be returned back to the applicant.
