VFS Global offers a wide range of services designed to provide you a smooth and seamless visa submission experience.
Please note, the additional services are optional, and carry an extra charge over and above the VFS Global service charges. For more details on how to pay VAC Services Charges and additional service charges please check the Service Charges tab.

In person - Cash, Card or Bank wire transfer
Keep your privacy in mind and only provide the information needed to process your payment, whether online or in person. Do not provide any information about your IRCC application unless specifically instructed by VFS Global.

The VFS service fee can be paid only through a bank wire transfer in case visa applications are sent by post, to the account above.
IMPORTANT: Please note all VFS related fees must be pain only in EUROS into above bank account and attach proof of wire transfer with your application package. If your application is received without the correct payment for CVAC service charges, we will NOT be able to assist you and your application will be returned to you
A formal receipt will be generated for every completed transaction.

New service charges became effective on 01 May 2026.
The submission date for mail-in applications will be the date on which the Visa Application Centre receives the application. If a mail-in application is received and does not include correct payment for current service charges, the applicant will be contacted to pay the difference, or the application will be returned to the applicant.
