VFS Global offers a wide range of services designed to provide you a smooth and seamless visa submission experience.
Please note, the additional services are optional, and carry an extra charge over and above the VFS Global service charges. For more details on how to pay VAC Services Charges and additional service charges please check the Service Charges tab.

In person - By Cash and Credit/Debit Card payments at the Canada Visa Application Centre (CVAC) (MYR-Ringgit Malaysia)
By Mail-
Service charges can be paid by bank draft (MYR-Ringgit Malaysia), Prepare a bank draft for VFS Service Fees payable to“ VFS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD”
Or in a form of a Proof of Transfer (Online Transfer, ATM, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking) from any bank in Malaysia under the payee’s name of “VFS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD”. Payment should be in Malaysian Ringgit and in exact amount only. Please do not make a direct cash deposit in the STANDARD CHARTERED BANK MALAYSIA BERHAD

VFS Service charges for Application Handling and for Value Added Services will be accepted in Cash, Online transfer, Credit/Debit Card and bank draft Payments ONLY.
A formal receipt will be generated for every completed transaction.

Service Charges effective 01 May 2026.
The submission date for mail-in applications will be the date on which the Visa Application Centre receives the application. If a mail-in application is received and does not include correct payment for current service charges, the applicant will be contacted to pay the difference or the application will be returned back to the applicant.
