VFS Global offers a wide range of services designed to provide you a smooth and seamless visa submission experience.
Please note, the additional services are optional, and carry an extra charge over and above the VFS Global service charges. For more details on how to pay VAC Services Charges and additional service charges please check the Service Charges tab.
Mode of Payment of VFS Global fees: Payment of Canada Visa Application Centre Service Charges and optional additional services.
In person (Package Transmission fees can be paid at the VAC via demand draft. All other VAC services fees to be paid by cash.) - VFS Processing Charges in Nepal should be payable to "VFS Global Services Nepal Pvt. Ltd.” & have to be payable in Kathmandu, Nepal. Demand Drafts are the only acceptable mode for payment in Nepal. You can pay your fees at the VAC using a demand draft.
it is less than one month old when you apply,
your name and address are printed on the back, and
you should submit it to the VAC with your application.
You can pay in Indian Rupees (INR), make it payable to “High Commission of Canada” Your bank may charge you for returned or rejected payments.
Note: Any demand draft having contradicting MICR number & DD number or incorrect information shall not be acceptable.
A formal receipt will be generated for every completed transaction.

All charges, including VAC fees, are non-refundable.
The Visa Application Centre is offering services at a discount on the prices listed in the pricing table on this website. The discounted rate will only be available until 31 October 2026.
