Overview

48 Hours Visa: This Visa is valid only for 48 hours stay (As per flight schedule - Arrival/departure time in Dubai). This is Single Entry visa. Ideal for travellers to the UAE who plan to stay for a period of less than 48 Hours. This type of Visa is preferred by travellers having business meetings or taking stopovers en route to their onward journey. The entry validity of the visa is for 30 days from the date of issue.

Please note that this visa is applicable for Male / Female with onwards flight only. The applicant also needs to attach the visa for onwards destination.

Short Term Visit Single Entry – Tourist : The entry validity for all types of tourist visa is 58 days from the date of issue (Valid untill date mentioned on visa). After entry in Dubai stay validity of visa can be extended thrice for 30days each. Extension fee is AED 850 each time.

Multi Entry Long Term Visa-Tourist : This is a multiple entry visa and the first entry in UAE should be made within validity period of 58 days (valid until date mentioned on visa). With effect from the date of FIRST entry visa is valid for 60 days. Within the period of these 60 days traveller can make multiple entries / exits to / from UAE. However traveller should make sure his/her last exit from UAE should be on or before 60th day

After entry in Dubai stay validity of visa can be extended maximum two times, allowed for 30 days each . Extension fee is AED 850 each time.

90 Days Visit Visa : This Visa is valid for 90 days availed by travellers having a longer stay in UAE. This type of Visa is preferred by travellers going to UAE for holidays, visit family / friends or for business trainings etc. The entry validity for all types of tourist visa is 58 days from the date of issue (Valid untill date mentioned on visa). After entry in Dubai stay validity of visa can be extended twice with first extension allowed for 30 days and second extension for 20 days. Extension fee is AED 850 each time.

Note: Applicant can qualify from any one of the below criteria for UAE visa application.

• Original Passport for verification purposes (Must be valid for more than six months)

• One Coloured Passport Size Photograph (Indicate full name on the reverse side of the photo & PPT No)
• Emirates Airline confirmed onward or return ticket
• Applicants travelling alone or with family, must provide copy of Hotel reservation and last 6 months bank statement (Balance USD 10000 equivalent), needs to be on applicants name. There must be consistency in balance of last 6 months.
• Marriage certificate for couples and birth certificate for children is mandatory requirement.
• For Non-Nigerian Nationals - Colour copy of the valid CERPAC and residence permit visa

Criteria 1: Travel Record

An applicant who has travelled at least once in the last 2 years to the USA, UK, Schengen countries, Australia, New Zealand and Canada or has a valid visa for USA, UK, Schengen countries, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

Documents Required:

• Pages in the Previous / Current International passport exhibiting the evidence of the travel / visa stamped.

Criteria II: Financial records

Security Deposit equivalent to USD 1550 (Refundable upon return and after producing the entry and exit stamp in UAE). The security amount is payable in Naira equivalent.

In certain cases applicants may be required to submit additional documents.

HOW TO APPLY

Now that you are ready with all your documents, form and other requirements, applicants can now visit the nearest visa application centre to apply for their visa to UAE.

Overview

Multi Entry Short Term Visa-Tourist : This is a multiple entry visa and the first entry in UAE should be made within validity period of 58 days (valid until date mentioned on visa). With effect from the date of FIRST entry visa is valid for 30 days. Within the period of these 30 days traveller can make multiple entries / exits to / from UAE. However traveller should make sure his/her last exit from UAE should be on or before 30th day

After entry in Dubai stay validity of visa can be extended thrice for 30 days each.Extension fee is AED 850 each time.

• The visa application form must include an accurate address in the UAE, valid contact number and email address for the passenger.
• A colour copy of the valid CERPAC and residence Permit Visa is required for non-Nigerian nationals.

If travelling with family, a joint bank statement is accepted; the closing balance must be US $20,000 or more each month.
