Overview

The entry validity for all types of tourist visa is 58 days from the date of issue (Valid until date mentioned on visa). After entry in Dubai stay validity of visa can be extended thrice for 30days each. Extension fee is AED 850 each time.

Residents of certain countries are required to pay a refundable security deposit. This deposit will be refunded back to the client when their exit from the UAE is successfully recorded in the system. An amount equivalent to USD 272.5 + Taxes will be refunded to the client as a credit when their exit is successfully recorded in the system.

Every passenger requiring a visa will need to submit the following documents, in electronic and coloured format:

• Passport Cover page: The passport cover page is the front-facing side of the document that symbolizes the issuing country's authority and identity. It has a solid background colour and prominently features the country's name along with its national emblem.
• Passport Bio Data Page: This is the page in the client’s passport which has the Photo and other personal details. The passport bio page must be coloured. Passports should be valid minimum of six months from the date of travel. Black and White copies will not be accepted.
• Passport Last Page: Certain nationalities have important information on the last page of their passport e.g. India. If your nationality does not have any information on the last page you are free to attach the first page of your passport in this browser. The Last page must be coloured. Black and White copies will not be accepted.
• Photograph: A coloured recent passport-size photograph with a white background, must be front-facing and measure 2 × 2 inches, clear, sharp, with adequate brightness and contrast, without any colour filter, showing a close-up of the head and partial shoulders with the face centred and a neutral expression, fully visible from forehead to chin with eyes open, without hair or frames covering the face, against a plain white shadow-free background. Polaroid photos or those printed on ordinary printers are not accepted.
• Proof of Residence: This will only be applicable if the clients Present Nationality and present Country of Permanent Residency are not the same. If this is applicable, then the client has to submit their valid residency visa in the passport.
• Confirmed Flight bookings: Confirmed Return/Onward Emirates ticket, highlighting the applicant's name, entry and exit from the UAE in yellow. (departure and return dates on the ticket must match the dates on the hotel reservation)
• Hotel Booking Confirmation for entire stay duration: Hotel booking is required for your entire stay in the UAE. Note that only up to two hotel bookings are allowed for the entire stay period.
• If visiting Family or Friends: Provide a valid tenancy contract /Ejari or title deed of the host, relationship with the Host, the sponsor should have an apartment with two or more bedrooms, UAE resident card.( Highlight the tenant's name in yellow)
• All documents must be in English/ Arabic language only.

In addition, the following supporting documents, if available, will help in obtaining a visa, and can be submitted during the application process, under the ‘Additional Documents’ category;

• Valid visa for any of the following countries: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Schengen countries, UK, USA.
• Evidence of travel within the last three years to any of the following countries: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Schengen countries, UK, USA, UAE.
• Documents which show you have investments of USD 8000 or more, or local income tax papers which show you have an annual income of USD 8000 or more. This could be in the form of pay slips, bank statements or any local investment.

In some cases, other supporting documents, such as marriage certificates, Birth Certificate in case of minor’s application, etc may also be required.We will contact you directly if this is the case.

Processing Time

Normal Visa Processing Time: 5 – 6 working days from the date of submission (except Saturday,Sunday and any UAE Holiday).

Express Visa Processing Time: Within 48 hours from the time of submission (Excluding Saturday,Sunday and any UAE Holiday)

Overview

This Visa is valid only for 48 hours stay (As per flight schedule - Arrival/departure time in Dubai). This is Single Entry visa. Ideal for travellers to the UAE who plan to stay for a period of less than 48 Hours. This type of Visa is preferred by travellers having business meetings or taking stopovers en route to their onward journey. The entry validity of the visa is for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Hotel Booking Confirmation for entire stay duration: Hotel booking is required for your entire stay in the UAE. (Hotel confirmation dates must match the dates on flight tickets).
• Visa: Applicants must provide a valid visa for the destination country they are traveling to from the UAE.
• All documents must be in English/ Arabic language only.

In addition, the following supporting documents, if available, will help in obtaining a visa, and can be submitted during the application process, under the ‘Additional Documents’ category;

This type of Visa is preferred by travellers going to UAE for holidays, visit family / friends or for business trainings etc. The entry validity for all types of tourist visa is 58 days from the date of issue (Valid until date mentioned on visa). After entry in Dubai stay validity of visa can be extended twice with first extension allowed for 30 days and second extension for 20 days. Extension fee is AED 850 each time.

    • Schengen Countries
    • Australia
    • New Zealand
    • Canada

  • Documents which show you have investments of USD8000 or more, or local income tax papers which show you have an annual income of USD8000 or more.

In addition to the above, clients have to submit an observation page in their passport (If Any) in the Non Mandatory Documents field.

Clients are also welcome to submit any documents in addition to the above if they feel the same will strengthen their case.

Procedure to upload documents

Please note that the documents have to be uploaded in .jpeg format only. The photograph uploaded will have to be 40kb or less and all other documents will have to be 200kb or less.

If you wish to resize your images manually please use the procedure below.

• Open your document using Microsoft office.
• Go to Edit image and crop the image as desired. (Highlighted). Please ensure the document details are visible and legible and the photograph is clear
• After Editing please use the “Compress Pictures” link (Highlighted)
• Compress all documents other than the photo to “Documents” For the photo please compress the same to E-mail messages.

Processing Time

The processing time for visas is normally 3-4 working days*

For both Visas an Express Visa facility is available where clients visas will be processed on priority and the visa status will be communicated within 48 hours**

Overview

Traveller must make his first entry in UAE within validity period of 58 days (valid until date mentioned on visa). With effect from the date of FIRST entry visa is valid for 90 days. Within the period of these 90 days traveller can make multiple entries / exits to / from UAE. However make sure that his/her last exit from UAE should be on or before 90th day.

Multiple entry visa once utilized cannot be cancelled. The applicant would have to await expiry of the visa validity. The validity of the visa is 58 days from the date of issue and the client can enter UAE multiple times and stay there for 30 Days from the first entry in UAE.

• If you have applied for a 30/60-day single entry visa, please provide a single hotel confirmation for your entire stay in the UAE. . If you have applied for a 30-day single-entry visa, Hotel booking is required for your entire stay in the UAE. For 60-day single entry visa, Hotel booking should be 31days or more. Note that only up to two hotel bookings are allowed for the entire stay period.
• If visiting family members (parents, spouse, children, siblings, in-laws) : Provide a valid tenancy contract and the host's UAE resident card. Highlight the tenant's name, provide proof of relationship (Marriage/Birth certificate) specify the relationship with the host. If visiting Family or Friends: Provide a valid tenancy contract /Ejari or title deed of the host, if the sponsor has an apartment with two or more bedrooms, UAE resident card.( Highlight the tenant's name in yellow)
• Confirmed Return/Onward Emirates ticket, highlighting the applicant's name, entry and exit from the UAE in yellow. (departure and return dates on the ticket must match the dates on the hotel reservation)
• All documents must be in English/ Arabic language only.

With effect from the date of FIRST entry visa is valid for 30 days. Within the period of these 30 days applicant can make multiple entries / exits to / from UAE. After entry in Dubai stay validity of visa can be extended thrice for 30days each. Extension fee is AED 850 each time.

Every passenger requiring a visa will need to submit the following documents, in electronic and coloured format:

• Passport Cover page: The passport cover page is the front-facing side of the document that symbolizes the issuing country's authority and identity. It has a solid background color and prominently features the country's name along with its national emblem.
• Passport Bio Data Page: This is the page in the client’s passport which has the Photo and other personal details. The passport bio page must be coloured. Passports should be valid minimum of six months from the date of travel. Black and White copies will not be accepted.
• Passport Last Page: Certain nationalities have important information on the last page of their passport e.g. India. If your nationality does not have any information on the last page you are free to attach the first page of your passport in this browser. The Last page must be coloured. Black and White copies will not be accepted.
• Photograph: A coloured recent passport-size photograph with a white background, must be front-facing and measure 2 × 2 inches, clear, sharp, with adequate brightness and contrast, without any colour filter, showing a close-up of the head and partial shoulders with the face centred and a neutral expression, fully visible from forehead to chin with eyes open, without hair or frames covering the face, against a plain white shadow-free background. Polaroid photos or those printed on ordinary printers are not accepted.
• Proof of Residence: This will only be applicable if the clients Present Nationality and present Country of Permanent Residency is not the same. If this is applicable, then the client has to submit their valid residency visa in the passport.
• Confirmed Flight bookings: Confirmed Return/Onward Emirates ticket, highlighting the applicant's name, entry and exit from the UAE in yellow. (departure and return dates on the ticket must match the dates on the hotel reservation).
• Hotel Booking Confirmation for entire stay duration: Hotel booking is required for your entire stay in the UAE. Note that only up to two hotel bookings are allowed for the entire stay period. Hotel booking should be 31days or more.
• If visiting Family or Friends: Provide a valid tenancy contract /Ejari or title deed of the host, relationship with the Host, the sponsor should have an apartment with two or more bedrooms, UAE resident card.( Highlight the tenant's name in yellow).
• All documents must be in English/ Arabic language only.

In addition, the following supporting documents, if available, will help in obtaining a visa, and can be submitted during the application process, under the ‘Additional Documents’ category;

• Valid visa for any of the following countries: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Schengen countries, UK, USA.
• Evidence of travel within the last three years to any of the following countries: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Schengen countries, UK, USA, UAE.

The supporting documentation that has to be submitted by an applicant is dependent on the Country of Residence.

The Mandatory Documents that are required to be submitted are below:

• Passport Bio Data Page: This is the page in the client’s passport which has the Photo and other personal details. The passport bio page has to be coloured. Black and White copies will not be accepted.
• Passport Last Page: Certain nationalities have important information on the last page of their passport e.g. India. • Photograph: Each applicant needs to submit a clear colour photograph of themselves. Preferably the photo should not be cropped from the passport. The photograph has to be coloured. Black and White photographs will not be accepted.
• Proof of Residence: This will only be applicable if the clients Present Nationality and present Country of Permanent Residency is not the same. If this is applicable then the client has to submit their residency visa in the passport.
• Additional Documents for Residents of certain countries: This is only applicable to residents of certain countries when the clients have to submit along with their mandatory documents any one of the following:

In addition to the above, clients have to submit an observation page in their passport (If Any) or the Child endorsed page (If any) in the Non Mandatory Documents field.

Clients are also welcome to submit any documents in addition to the above if they feel the same will strengthen their case.

Procedure to upload documents

Please note that the documents have to be uploaded in .jpeg format only. The photograph uploaded will have to be 40kb or less and all other documents will have to be 200kb or less.

• Open your document using Microsoft office.
