Additional Services

TT Services offers a wide range of services designed to provide you a smooth and seamless visa submission experience.

Please note, the additional services are optional, and carry an extra charge over and above the TT Services service charges. For more details on how to pay VAC Services Charges and additional service charges please check the Service Charges tab.

Mode of Payment of TT Services fees: Payment of Canada Visa Application Centre Service Charges and optional additional services.

• In person - For applications being submitted in person or through an authorized representative, Canada Visa Application Centre service charges must be paid via Credit/Debit Card at the Canada Visa Application Centre.

• By Mail- If you are submitting a Mail In application, the Canada Visa Application Centre service charges can be paid via a wire transfer in Trinidadian Dollars (TTD$) or via Credit/Debit Card payment online. Please note that cheque payment is not accepted as a correct mode of payment.

1. If sending your application by post, please do not forget to enclose the return courier envelope to have your passport sent back to you by secure courier.

2. Please remember to send the payment confirmation as part of your application along with your up to date contact details (Phone Number and Email Address)

3. Please note that transferring payment doesn’t mean we have received the funds. Applications will be processed after payment confirmation is reflected in the bank. Please check with your bank for payment transfers time. Application will not be processed unless correct fee is paid.
