Additional Services
VFS Global offers a wide range of services designed to provide you a smooth and seamless visa submission experience.
All additional services offered at the VAC are optional and available at an additional charge above the VFS Global service charges. These charges do not imply or guarantee in any way that they will fast track or prioritize the visa application process. In person - By Cash (TRY) and bank transfer
By Mail - Fees can be paid by bank transfer in favour of “Gateway Management Lojistik A.Ş” and in Turkish Liras or Canadian dollars only.

Only cash accepted for Service Charges at the CVAC.
Payment Instructions for Visa Fees:
Pay Government of Canada Visa fees as per instructions on the IRCC website.
A formal receipt will be generated for every completed transaction.
Note: Please make sure that when you pay the service fees in cash or through bank deposit. Please ensure that you provide the exact amount since the VAC cannot provide any change. We apologize for being unable to provide the change for your transactions. Kindly also be reminded that the VAC is not authorized to keep any extra amounts from the fee payments.
We kindly request that you write the Canada Visa Application Center and office address on behalf of the recipient, and that the documents to be sent be included in the cargo package. Motor courier is not accepted.

*Service charges include all applicable local taxes and are subject to change as per the Canadian government's notification.

New service charges became effective on 15 June 2026.
The submission date for mail-in applications will be the date on which the Visa Application Centre receives the application. If a mail-in application is received and does not include correct payment for current service charges, the applicant will be contacted to pay the difference, or the application will be returned to the applicant.
