Overview
This category of visa caters to people wishing to visit Cyprus for business purposes. Applicants will have to provide evidence that he/she falls under this category.

Visa Fees
VISA FEE LIST Single entry 20 EUR (equivalent to JOD) Multiple entries: 60 EUR (equivalent to JOD)
The visa fee in Jordanian Dinars depends on the Euro exchange rate.
Please Note:
- The Visa fee will be paid in cash at Cyprus Visa Application Centre, with service fee of 7.75 euro. equivalent in JOD

Documents Required
Important Notes:
- VFS will not be receiving any applications on the last two working days of each month.
The following documents should be presented in order to support your visa application. All documents must be in English language.
- 2 passport photos
- Original passport + photocopy of passport
- Employment letter in English language.
- Confirmed Hotel Reservation voucher with confirmation number or “Assumption of Responsibility for Hosting” form, if applicant will not reside at a hotel
- Invitation letter from the hosting person or company
- Signed and stamped bank statement of last three (3) months with reasonable balance amount.
- Under age children (below 18), that intend to enter Cyprus unaccompanied, should present a statement signed by both parents and stamped by the mayor of their area. If children are accompanied by one parent only, the authorization of the other parent is required.
- Airplane ticket showing clearly the travel itinerary.
NOTE: If the current passport was renovated in less than 6 months, the previous passport is required to complete the application.
If applicant has a valid, double and/or multiple entries Schengen visa on his/her passport, he/she can enter Cyprus without a visa.
University students should present their University ID or a letter stating that they are enrolled to this Institution.
Domestic staff (housekeepers, nannies, drivers etc) that accompany their employer should present a valid residence and work permit to Jordan. Their employer should sign the “Sponsorship letter” form.
UN International staff, whose passport has been issued either in New York or Geneva, as well as UNIFIL staff possessing a UNIFIL Identity Card, may travel to Cyprus without a visa.
Iraqi nationals not holding valid residence permit in Jordan and wish to travel to Cyprus for business purposes are required to provide:
- Bank guarantee
- Invitation letter from the hosting person or company
Note: Applicants can apply for multiple-entry visa to Cyprus in the below cases:
- If the applicant owns a house in Cyprus. For this case, the applicant can also apply for multiple-entry visa for his wife, children and parents.
- If the business invitation requires multiple-entry visa for the applicant.

Photo Specifications
Two [2] photographs of passport style and size [35 x 45 mm] for all applicants, including minors. Your photograph must be:
- color photo
- recent and of true likeness
- showing full face
- taken without headgear
- head coverings and hats are only acceptable due to religious beliefs, and even then, may not cover any portion of the applicant's face
- taken against a plain, evenly lit and light background.

The processing at the Embassy of Cyprus normally takes 10 working days, but may in some cases take longer.
