Short Term Visa
A short stay Schengen visa entitles the holder to visit the Schengen countries for tourism, visiting friends/family, business etc., up to 90 days within a 180 day period from the date of first entry. The stay may be either continuous or several visits depending upon whether the visa is single or multiple entry. As long as your visa is valid, you have access to the 26 Schengen countries
The 26 Schengen countries are: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Denmark, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland
Visa For Tourism

Overview
Applicants who are travelling to Denmark for Tourism.
All citizens of Morocco are required to apply for a visa before entering Denmark and/or other countries under the Schengen agreement.
Before applying, please ensure you understand your particular ‘purpose of visit’. Schengen visas must be applied for at the respective Embassy/Consulate of the country of your main destination. Your main destination will be the Schengen country where your duration of stay exceeds all others. Due to this, when traveling to more than one Schengen country, you should submit your application to the Embassy/Consulate representing the country of your main destination. In case of equal stay, you have to submit your application to the mission of the Schengen country representing your first port of entry.
The Visa Application Centre accepts applications for short stay Schengen visas only (not exceeding 90 days during 180 days period). A passport should be valid for at least three (3) months beyond the intended stay in Denmark and there should be at least two (2) empty pages available in the passport.

Please print out this Checklist and prepare the required documents accordingly, also prepare an additional copy of your Passport ID page for Passport Collection.
Note:
- Kindly make sure that your application contains sufficient, correct and adequate information. All information must be correct and reflect your planned trip.
- In case any document is missing on submission date, additional documents can be submitted only by applicants themselves at VFS within 5 business days.
- Applicant can be asked for additional documents or may be called for an interview if deemed necessary by the Embassy.

Photo Specifications
Size of photograph for visa applications
After the instalment of a new system for scanning biometrics, including photographs for visa application, it is now possible to lodge a photograph of size 35 x 45 mm. Length of the head should not exceed 30 to 36 mm in length from chin to top of hair.
The photograph must still be in color with bright background.
Danish Visa Application Centre has been instructed by Danish mission to inform applicants that the visa application is not acceptable if the photograph does not comply with the above format.
Applicants may therefore obtain a new photograph that meets all requirements before The Danish Visa Application Centre can receive the application.

Processing Time
In accordance with Article 23 of the Visa Code, Directive 2004/38 Schengen visa applications shall be decided on within 15 calendar days of the date of the lodging of an application which is admissible in accordance with Article 19. That period may be extended up to a maximum of 30 calendar days in individual cases, notably when further scrutiny of the application is needed or in cases of representation where the authorities of the represented Member State are consulted. Exceptionally, when additional documentation is needed in specific cases, the period may be extended up to a maximum of 60 calendar days.
Citizens of certain countries or categories of certain citizens are subject to prior consultation in one or more Schengen countries before a visa may be issued. The processing time in these cases will usually be 10-12 days as a minimum.

Long Term Visa / Resident Permit
If you wish to stay in Denmark for more than 90 days, for example for work or family reasons or as part of your studies, you may need a long-stay visa, also known as a "residence permit".
It depends in particular on your reason for your stay.
After your registration on the Danish migration website, newtodenmark.dk take your appointment at the VFS visa application center.

Application: applicant will bring it according to the permit type he already choose on the Danish website (newtodenmark.dk)
