Person who arrives to the Republic of Lithuania to engage in legal activities and is a participant of a private legal entity registered in the Register of Legal Entities (hereinafter referred to as the “company”) and established not earlier than 1 year before the date of submission of the alien’s application for national visa, as defined by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the “participant”) if the size of the company’s equity capital (in the case of a non-stock company or private limited company – assets) is at least EUR 28,000 of which at least EUR 14,000 are funds or other assets invested by the alien, or is the chief executive of a company established not earlier than 1 year before the date of submission of the alien’s application for national visa, the size of the company’s equity capital (in the case of a non-stock company or private limited company – assets) being at least EUR 28,000, and the purpose of his or her arrival is work at that particular company
