If the applicant is a student and has not completed the age of 18, he/she will be exempted from the visa fee if he/she brings a 4A service statement from e-government stating that he/she has never worked before.

If there is a wet signed and stamped grant letter from the applicant's school in Turkey, there is no need for a commitment.

Information for EU/EEA family members applying for a visa to enter the Schengen area As a family member of an EU/EEA citizen exercising their right of free movement in accordance with Directive 2004/38/EC you have the right to move to Malta together with your family member or join to them in the area to settle there.
