Visa Fees
Duration Visa Fees In Euros Transit 35 Minor Children –(under the age of 14yrs) 50% of the visa fee amount
The above-mentioned Visa Fee is to be paid in Cash or by Debit/Credit Card.
VFS Service charge:
Applicants applying at the Montenegro Visa Application Centre shall be levied a service charge of 35 Euros (Inclusive of Goods and Service Tax) payable in cash or by Debit/Credit Card.

Documents Required
Valid travel document (Passport) - the validity period of the travel document in which the visa is entered must be at least three months longer than the validity period of the visa.
One color photo, size 35 x 45 mm,
Approval (visa, residence permit) to enter the territory of a third State,
A valid travel ticket to the destination, or the driving license, the green card insurance and the registration documents of the vehicle, if traveling by car;
Proof of possession of means of support (certificate or other proof of bank account balance or other appropriate confirmation of possession of means or regular income, as well as cash, traveller's cheque, credit cards, etc. A foreigner is considered to have means of support if he or she has financial means in the amount of at least 50.00 euros for each day of the requested stay).
Proof of health insurance,
Proof of payment of consular fee (ICR issued by VFS).

- The photograph must be in color.
- It should be without border.
- It should have a white background only.
- It should have a close up of your head and top of your shoulders so that your face takes up 70-80% of the photograph.
- It should be in sharp focus and clean.
- It should be of high quality with no ink marks and creases.
- The photograph must show you looking directly at the camera.
- It should be 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm.
- It should show your skin tone naturally.
- It should have appropriate brightness and contrast.
- The photograph should be a recent one not more than 1 month old.
- It is to be taken without headgear.
- Photograph can be taken with headgear, after consideration on case to case basis if the applicant wears headgear on religious grounds. The main characteristics of the face must be apparent from the photograph. Chin, nose, eyes, ears and eyebrows must not be covered; the forehead should be uncovered to the extent that the shape of the face is apparent. Teeth should not be visible.

C Category - Short Term (Tourist / Business / Conference / Family Visit – upto 90 days / Medical)

Overview
A short-stay visa (visa C) is issued for the purpose of transit through Montenegro or for the purpose of entry and stay in the territory of Montenegro, which cannot exceed 90 days in a period of 180 days, counting from the date of first entry.
A short-stay visa (visa C) is issued for one, two or more entries into Montenegro.
A short-stay visa (C visa) for multiple entries is issued with a validity period of six months to five years, if the foreigner has proven:
- the need or justified intention to travel frequently, or regularly, in particular for business or family reasons, and
- that he will not misuse the issued visa, in particular by using previously issued visas in accordance with the law, possessing financial resources in the country of origin and a real intention to leave the territory of Montenegro before the expiry of the visa he has applied for
- In the case of transit through Montenegro, the period for which the short-stay visa (C visa) is issued should correspond to the time required for transit.

Proof of the purpose of stay in Montenegro (letter of guarantee from a natural person or letter of invitation from a legal entity, state authority in Montenegro or organizer of an international meeting or event),
Proof of possession of means of support (certificate or other proof of bank account balance or other appropriate confirmation of possession of means or regular income, as well as cash, traveller's cheque, credit cards, etc. A foreigner is considered to have means of support if he or she has financial means in the amount of at least 50.00 euros for each day of the requested stay).

- Optionally, proof that the person has not been convicted of any criminal offense in the country of origin or the country where he/she resided for more than a year before arriving in Montenegro can be attached (this document is mandatory when submitting an application for a work and residence permit to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the regional unit of the Police Administration in the city where the stay in Montenegro is planned).
As well as other evidence on the basis of which the justification of the visa application can be assessed.
NOTE:
- Applications submitted by the Nepalese/Bhutan citizen in person at VFS center
- These applications will be processed in the same manner as those submitted by Indian nationals.
- Applications submitted through another individual/agent on behalf of Nepalese/Bhutan citizen:

- Intends to serve to Montenegro as a member of foreign diplomatic and consular representative office to Montenegro or an international organization accredited to Montenegro.

- Proof of the purpose of stay in Montenegro (a note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country in whose diplomatic and consular representation the applicant will serve or official letter from an international organization in which she/he will work, including name and surname, date and place of birth of the applicant; number, type and date of expiry of the foreign travel document; the position she/he will perform in that representative office; the name and surname of the person who previously covered that position, the name and surname of a member of the foreigner's close family, indicating the relationship; the number, type and date of expiry of the foreign travel document of a member of the immediate family; approximate date of arrival and assumption of position, and the duration of the mandate).
- Proof of payment of the consular fee
- Optionally, proof that the person has not been convicted of any criminal offense in the country of origin or the country where he/she resided for more than a year before arriving in Montenegro can be attached (this document is mandatory when submitting an application for a work and residence permit to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the regional unit of the Police Administration in the city where the stay in Montenegro is planned).

- Proof that the consular fee has been charged. The applicant can also submit other supporting documents on the basis of which the justification of the visa application can be assessed:
- Financial documents showing that the applicant have sufficient funds available during his/her stay in Montenegro, as well as for return to the home country or for traveling to a third country (monthly income (if this information is not indicated in the employment contract), cash, check’s, bank statements etc.);
- Proof of ensured accommodation.
- Proof that you have not been convicted of criminal offences from your home country or a country in which you have resided for more than one year before arriving in Montenegro (this document will be required when applying for work and resident permit at the Ministry of Interior -Police Department of the city where you plan to stay in Montenegro). NOTE: Visa application shall be submitted on the form prescribed by Article 7 of the Regulation on Visas and visa forms (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, No. 122/20).
- Proof of payment of the consular fee
