Additional Services
VFS Global offers a wide range of services designed to provide you a smooth and seamless visa submission experience.
Please note, the additional services are optional, and carry an extra charge over and above the VFS Global service charges. For more details on how to pay VAC Services Charges and additional service charges please check the Service Charges tab.

In person:

By mail:
Keep your privacy in mind and only provide the information needed to process your payment, whether online or in person. Do not provide any information about your IRCC application unless specifically instructed by VFS Global.
a. You'll have to pay the fees via bank transfer payable to "VFS Global Poland sp. z o. o.” and IN PLN ONLY. Here are the details for bank transfer:

Important: the PAYMENT TITLE MUST INCLUDE THE EXACT NAME OF THE SELECTED SERVICE AND THE FULL NAME OF THE APPLICANT. Not providing of these details may delay the processing of your visa application.
b. You'll have to pay the fees through a payment gateway (online payment by debit/credit card). You will receive an email with a link in order to pay the required fees. The Process flow is as follows:
Step 1 – You send Your application to the VAC with a supporting information about your choice to pay using this option;
Step 2 – VAC will contact You after verification of Your documents;
Step 3 – VAC creates a payment link and sends it to You;
Step 4 – You would need to click the link and follow the instructions shown to make Your payment online, then make a screenshot of payment completion, and send it back via email replying the email-message with the payment-link received from the VAC.
A formal receipt will be generated for every completed transaction.

New Service Charges effective 1 May 2026.
The submission date for mail-in applications will be the date on which the Visa Application Centre receives the application. If a mail-in application is received and does not include correct payment for current service charges, the applicant will be contacted to pay the difference, or the application will be returned to the applicant.
