To submit your application, you must book an appointment through our online booking system.
Important Information
Payment of the ICAC service fee is mandatory when booking an appointment. Once payment is successful, an appointment confirmation letter will be issued. If you do not receive the appointment confirmation letter, please retain your payment receipt, as it may be used as proof of payment when attending your appointment.
