Re-entry visa for F/F+ card holders

    This visa is for those who are/were legally registered in Belgium (with residence card F, F+) but don’t have proper documents to go back.

    For general information on visa, kindly refer to the official website of the Belgian Migration Office in Dutch, in French or in English (under construction).

    Please pay attention to the fact that documents for D visas should be submitted in three piles:

    There is a Service Charge of 2046 Rubles (inclusive of VAT) levied per application over and above the Visa Fee.

    The applicable visa fee and service charge in Russian roubles is as per the exchange rate set by the Embassy of Belgium.

  • Documents Required

    • The list of documents is available in PDF format.
    • Please download and fill in a consent for processing of personal data.
    • As a general rule, any person wishing to stay in Belgium for more than 90 days must present a medical certificate attesting that they are not infected with one of the diseases that may endanger public health, as listed in the annex to the Law of 15 December 1980.
      This person must submit a standard medical certificate drawn up within the 6 months preceding the application.

    • If applicable, the list of Embassy’s accredited medical center is available in PDF format.
  • Photo Specifications

    Your photograph must be taken according to the ICAO standard. Please find specifications here.

  • Processing Time

    Provided your application is correct and complete, the maximum processing time for C visa applications is from 15 days to 45 days from the submission date. However, it is advisable to apply at least 4 (four) weeks before the departure date to Belgium.

    If the Embassy needs to investigate an application further the processing time can be longer.

    For specific visa types or after a visa refusal, your visa application must be sent to the Immigration Office in Belgium for a final decision. In such a case, kindly track the status of your file on their official website. There is then no specification of the delay that can vary.

    This visa is for  those who are/were legally registered in Belgium (with residence card A, B, C, D, K, L or H) but don’t have proper documents to go back.

    For general information on visa, kindly refer to the official website of the Belgian Migration Office in Dutch, in French or in English (under construction).

    Please pay attention to the fact that documents for D visas should be submitted in three piles:

    • application form and apostilled originals of documents, accompanied by a notarized and apostilled translation
    • application form and copies of documents
